THE STORY

OUR MISSION

D-Stef Media is dedicated to helping nonprofits and women-owned businesses thrive. From awareness to advocacy, we tell the stories that move people to take action.

OUR Promise

We deliver visual and emotionally captivating marketing assets to draw in more sponsors, donors, employees and volunteers.

OUR CORE

D-Stef Media operates on inclusivity, empathy, transparency and impact.

OUR VIBE

We only work with our future friends. We align ourselves with like minded individuals who we believe in. Our passion is your passion.

OUR BACKGROUND

D-Stef Media grew out of our founder’s passion for supporting causes important to her. Casey DeStefano is an accomplished director and producer with more than 20 years of experience. Casey traveled the world bringing stories to life for TV and film. She wanted to harness this power of documentary style storytelling to support the people and organizations that made a difference in her home state of New Jersey.

Ultimately, Casey combined her technical expertise telling stories through film with her experiential training diving deeper into the human condition as a twice certified leadership coach (CTI, CPCC) and Yale abecedarian to form D-Stef Media. D-Stef continues to grow, joining together a team of like-minded, consultative listeners and doers united in our belief that together we can help make our communities better through the work we do. Our combined experiences in entertainment, media, agencies, corporations and foundations enable us to bring fresh perspectives to each cause we partner with.

We are specialists in our fields. We are mentors and volunteers. Whether guiding women-owned businesses or helping nonprofits accelerate growth, the D-Stef team brings our collective talent and purpose to the work we do.

We embrace challenge and look forward to helping you with yours.

"Casey’s mix of artistic integrity, empathetic views and passion for helping her community produces heartfelt moments on screen that can bring you to tears. She just gets it."

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

With over 20 years experience, we’ve designed and perfected a production process that allows our clients to fully understand the procedure, blossom creatively and then sit back and enjoy the ride. Here’s how it works…

  • PROJECT KICKOFF

We start with an introduction of companies. Yours and ours. We listen, learn and gleefully fall in love. We map out a plan.

  • CONCEPT DESIGN

Our team begins to shape ideas and produce concepts from the details of your business and the objectives of your website & videos.

  • VIDEO PRODUCTION & WEB DESIGN

Once the concept is approved, our full-service team will produce all visual elements of a complete web design and or video.

  • MARKET TESTING

A “rough cut” is shared with a target group of potential consumers that will help validate, reject, or modify.

  • REVISIONS + CONFIRMATION

Your project is then presented to your team for review. Any adjustments are made. Project is complete. We fall in love all over again.

  • BROADCAST

We partner with efficient TV and Internet media distributors to help organize a cost-effective ad campaign for your company.

"Professionalism. Dedicated. Driven. Compassionate. Trustworthy. On point. Those are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of Casey and her team. Casey is a master creator with videos. She walks you through every step with patience and understanding and by the end of the day she's like family. Videos leave a lasting impression, especially if you have Casey at the helm! "
